Bearazinga RV Park
A Bearazinga is an imaginary animal invented by the owner's father when he was a young boy. Often his father would take him hunting in the woods. At times, the owner would see something unusual or hear a strange noise and whisper, "Dad what was that?" and he would say "It's a Bearazinga!". So, when the owner and the owner's wife decided to open their wooded RV Park, they knew exactly what they were going to name it: Bearazinga RV Park.

Just a heads up they don't take in bus conversions so we wete unable to stay so can't comment on any other aspect of the park but it gets one star for being prejudice against busses 🙃

Dogs are NOT on leashes here. Had to leave for another campground as my son has trauma from a dog in his past. He wouldn't even go outside to play. They all wonder around. Management was very kind though. So if you don't mind friendly dogs coming up to you, than this place is great! Just wasn't for us. Also, don't let your kids play in the beautiful field next to the campground....it's "treated" with sewer water from the campground. Learned that one late. 😬

I am updating my prior review of 4 stars to now give it 5 stars. The WiFi is better after the repair of cables, new dryers in the laundry room. I love this park, Great owners. If you like the country feel, this is your place. Only about 30-45 min from the beach by going through Winnie.

I have lived here 6 months. The owners are great, the rate is competitive and for the most part I love it here.
The Pros:
Secluded, quiet, country feel, great long term RVers, outside fires allowed (fire pits, grills, etc).
The Cons:
Some things need repair, people let their dogs run loose, one occupant has 3 daughters (7,11 & 14) who beg for food, steal out of other’s coolers, steal cigarettes and generally trespass on other people’s lot. Smart mouth heathen brats.
The WiFi is not good because it is a rural area. I have my own WiFi acct and it is still slow for doing online work, but

This place is beautiful, owners are generous and kind. There's much to love about this place. Yes, its rural and there's been some issues with WiFi but the owners have continually tried every remedy option out there, and still working until it can sufficiently be reached out this far! (Small price to pay for living on the most beautiful, shaded 80 acres of property in 10 counties.) As far as what someone said about having things taken from the bed of his truck. I'm not trying to be rude, but who leaves valuables sitting out in the open in any neighborhood? Good luck with that! Love my Bearazinga

Before the park filled up, we had internet connection. Park is advertised as offering "free" Wi-Fi. 5 stars for being quiet. 0 stars for internet connection, which is important when you are trying to do business away from home. Monthly rate high for not getting what is advertised as being included in monthly rent.
