AAA RV was founded in 2006, as a small RV Park with a peaceful country setting. With value in mind, we have created one of the best RV Parks in the Southeast Texas area. AAA RV Park's location is ideal due to local shopping, dining, entertainment, and Southeast Texas refineries all being within close proximity.

AAA RV's amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, some of the best shaded and concrete spaces available, and a manager on-site for any other needs. AAA RV Park is popular with many industrial workers who are seeking long term RV Parks in the Southeast Texas area. Our facility is located within a quarter mile of the BASF plant on West Port Arthur Road, as well as the many other nearby plants including Motiva Enterprises and Valero.

Nice clean park. Loved the air conditioned laundry room and the lake.. Heather and Tyler were extremely nice. Definitely one of the best parks we've stayed at in the area. If we are back over this way we will definitely be staying here again.

On of the best RV park in SETX. They have everything you need and on a private lake. The grounds are excellent. Great community highly recommended

I have been here a month in half. Clean, quit, concrete slab. Great hook ups. Washer and dryer if needed. Safe location. Never locked my truck or underbelly.

Everybody here giving this place 5 stars are literally competing for a yeti cooler that they trailer park said they would give you if you gave them a 5 star review. In reality, this laundry room is disgusting and at least one washer/dryer is always broken. There are not nearly enough dumpsters for how many trailers and they are adding more trailers everyday.

I post a review a while I am up grading they have sense paved some of the road I rarely use that road but nice to see improvements now fIgure out WiFi and do some thing with the laundry house and find away to repair the entrance rd.

Recently moved into AAA RV Park. Very spacious location with very nice concrete slabs and the property is clean. WiFi reaches the trailers in the back and the laundry services on site work well.

My family and I have been at this park for about 6 months now. We absolutely love it here! Without a doubt one of the nicest parks we’ve stayed at. It’s very quiet, well kept, spacious, pet friendly, and very safe! The owner is super friendly and willing to help with any situation needed! Highly recommend this park!!

This is the only park I will stay at when I'm working in the area. I have been staying there off and on for about 3 years. The owner is the reason I stay he takes care of his renters anyway he can

The laundry room is super tiny not much parking als have very bad termite problems which is not good for your rv

I've been here more than a year. The the owners are good people and take great care of the place. Quiet park, very nice neighbors, and the fishing is good. Close to everything and easily accessible. What else can you ask for!

It was ok. Internet is pretty slow. Laundry area is old and half of the dryers don't work. Train track sits next to park so be prepared to have your camper shaking for at least 2 hours in the middle of the night...every night! The train just sits there idoling then blares it's Horn for about 30 mins before it takes off again.
Definitely not worth the money they
charge.

Just arrived today 08/06/16 not sure about all the rules and regulations yet. I'm at the AAA RV Resort Lake Side just down the road from the main AAA RV resort on Guthrie. Looks like a nice area and a pretty good size lake. Park looks nice and lots of new spots. RV pads are wide enough for anything you want to put in front of your steps. Not to far from Wal-Mart, and restaurants, so that's a plus right there.
