CenterLife Counseling is located in a professional office park just south of the Centerville water tower. The city of Centerville is on the west side of 35E between White Bear Lake and Forest Lake. From 35E: Take the Centerville exit (exit 123B - make sure to take the County Hwy 14 West exit), and go west to 20th Avenue S. Turn left onto 20th Avenue, and we are located in the office townhouse buildings just past the water tower.
