Great place to go if you want your identity compromised. Sat down for a consult with my spouse and there was a customer-facing screen with the names of at least 5 prior clients and their SSNs. I had access to viewing that for easily a minute or more, plenty of time for someone to take a photo with a smartphone and run off with your social. These guys are a joke.

Excellent service with our multi state return to save us efficiently and very reasonable in pricing. Also helps to answer questions regarding retirement, looking ahead to the following year with the change in deductions and tax laws to help you keep more of your money. I find it priced in the ballpark for the services we have completed. I am sure they are happy to give a rough estimate depending on what you need completed and if you come prepared with documentation and records.

I have been a client of Klein Tax Service (John) for several years. I love this place for multiple reasons. John always gets me in when I call and need to schedule even if I'm in a bind and need something to be scheduled within a day or two. He always takes my calls/emails and provides me with answers FAST! His service has made our payroll, quarterly filings, and taxes simpler and with an AFFORDABLE price tag. Found out the following tax year when we had our Klein taxes reviewed by HR Block we were owed/return of $2,000 due to Klein's errors- now that is a lot of money. In fact, Klein had us pay extra taxes the year they prepared them due to their errors.
They also used the incorrect SSI number of our son on the return.
Family friend who also had gone to Klein for years went to HR Block to have their Klein returns reviewed and found out they were incorrect for 5 years. Actually ended up receiving a return of $1600 for each year Klein screwed up their returns.
