Where do I start? When I rave about how incredible this business is. I am so appreciative and grateful for how helping Convenient Tax Service was too me. Cori is the bomb and the associates at CTS are amazing! I travel across town to have Cori file my taxes and only wish I would have gone to her 10 years ago! She's thorough, remembers me and my situation from year to year and has clarified many things for me that I had assumed incorrectly, thereby saving me even more money. I’ve used Cori for my tax needs for several years. She has an astounding amount of knowledge when it comes to tax law. Long time greenfield resident started going to convenient tax service 6 years ago.
First time I went there I had figured out my taxes and knew the ballpark figure I should get for a refund. Cory did my taxes and I ended up with $500 more than my figures
So it kind of been a no brained for me to go back to convenient tax service
At the end of the day I can say I have been happy with my service from convenient Never done me wrong.

It really is convenient, just drop them off and go. The place is nice and the people working there friendly. I trust them. I did my own taxes for years only to find out it's about the same price to have an actual professional do it. Glad I found a good place to go and it's one less thing I have to worry about.

Corrie, was very rude to my daughter who owns her own small business for her first year. First time there. I've been going to Corrie for about 10 years.
She extended her hand to introduce herself, and she didn't not acknowledge her. She came to her to see if she needed to file her taxes, and ask her some questions on how to get a little more organized on how to keep track of her itemize cost. She told her all she did was wasted 20 minutes of her time, and charge her $60.00. But Corrie also was 10 minutes late, and never apologized.
I will think twice about going back next year.
