Worst company every I called and called and never answered. Finally got through and I just wanted to touch bases make sure I had everything I needed, lady (Renee) said we will call you when we get your things super rude, unprofessional. I just wanted to know about my own things. We couldn’t answer our email and so our date got pushed back and basically said sorry not my problem, you can either come pick it up yourself or wait for next availability (we’ve been on island for going on two months) like how. IF YOU CAN SWITCH YOUR CARRIER OR DELIVERY!! WORST EVER!! If I can give her a -100 rating

The supervisor was rude and they packed my car keys. When asked if they could check if the packed them the supervisor said no cause he had somewhere to go and refused to open the crate that contained my keys. I then had to tow my car to the dealership and pay to get a new key programmed for my vehicle. Once my items were delivered I ended up missing about 1k dollars worth of shoes. I will never move with Coleman movers again!

Update: received a check for the remote (just the cost of the remote, not the tax or shipping to have it sent to me)..... but doesn't change the rest of the negative experience with this company, still wouldn't recommend them.
After being in the Military for nearly 7 years then moving a few times as a civilian, this was by far the worst move I have ever experienced. They missed an entire cabinet in my kitchen, nothing was packed with care more like thrown into boxes really, and then when it arrived at my destination as they were unpacking they either lost or threw away the remote to my Bose sound

I had a refrigerator delivered on Saturday that I ordered from Lowe's and had a little anxiety thinking that it would just be dropped off. Being that we are older and not able to even push a broom, we were pleasantly surprised that 3 young strong men arrived with a big smile and positive attitude, not sure if I got their names right.. Tristan, Dee and Kise, you guys were awesome.
They took the time to unwrap and ask what side we wanted it to open, and showed my husband how to do it in case he wanted to move it later. They handled it carefully and made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted

Our movers, including Auburn and Ikena, were courteous and friendly, and always on time. They worked quickly and made sure to ask about any items that seemed high-value or that should be left behind, which we appreciated. We haven't received our shipment yet at the other end, so I can't attest to whether everything will be in one piece, but I did watch everything get carefully packed and placed into their shipment boxes. I did notice that the movers were in a hurry to get everything packed out, and from other reviews here I can see that perhaps that has to do with their time constraints

If zero stars were possible, I would. The movers lacked professionalism, care, and regard for personal property. They were so remarkably poor at their job, we sent them home to unpack on our own following destruction of multiple items. It’s been three weeks and they continually hang up and/or refuse to return and pick up their trash and cardboard products from the lawn. I would highly recommend not subjecting yourself or families to this moving company.

Had a military move with them. They complained the entire time about having to put furniture back together, which is in the government contract. I helped moved furniture because they were so lazy they couldn’t help each other. While the boss drove the truck back to get more crates, they laid down and slept in the garage instead of unpacking or… putting furniture together. They started cussing in front of my wife and kids about having to do their job. They couldn’t figure out how to put together simple night stands without directions. Pure laziness. They had two jobs schedule

The Coleman Team was highly professional and efficient. The Packing Lead, Noel, dynamically engineered the complex flow of packing hundreds of small, valuable household goods and dozens of high-value items. His right hand packer/mover, Popi, was dynamite during the 2-day, intense activity of packing and loading even with inclement weather imposing on this move, and he packed and moved items faster and better than I've ever experienced in many moves. Herman, another member of the "top team" was extremely proficient in handling difficult household items to be packed. On top of these 3 moving professionals

You can read my full review on Yelp. I had a military move with them and they were unprofessional, lazy and their management and customer service is rude. Didn’t show up on time. Took three days to pack a two day house. They don’t use boxes and containers appropriate for fragile items but just wrap everything in paper. Items were damaged, lost and… they were kind enough to pack their garbage like empty soda bottles and used napkins in with our stuff which we found when we unpacked. If you are in the military and get assigned this company call the transportation office immediately

Moving our stuff from Alabama to Hawaii was great. Nothing was broken, got there in a timely manner and the movers were great! Leaving Hawaii wasn’t so great. Day of the move they were late, we waited and waited. Finally called and they changed the time but didn’t tell us the new time came and still no one was there called again. The lady at the… office didn’t tell the drivers about our stop so they were across town. By now it’s 3pm! Finally get there the two men were nice and got right to work. Got it all loaded up and closed the crates. We left Hawaii in December

They lost everything I had in storage with them. That's over 600 lbs of stuff all gone. Their only explanation is "sorry we tried to look for it, but the results were negative". They didn't mind collecting storage fees for the past nine years to keep it safe though.
Store your stuff with them at your own risk. Now I got to deal with their claims process, which will probably not even give me half of what I had lost.

I have been using Yelp for years. I have only written one, maybe two reviews during that time. So the fact that I am writing a review about this place really says something about how I feel and the quality of service that I received from them.
My packing date was 09AUG17. They arrived at my house between 0900-1000 and they showed up with a crew of four (two males, and two females). They appeared to be pretty nice. They were polite and didn't give me any issues there. However, that is where the good part of the experience ends.

Bottom line Up Front: If you have been awarded this company call JPSSO and decline immediately! Believe the reviews on Yelp and other sites.
15 years in the army and this is the first of a kind experience with moving. It is easy to identify that this company manipulates the system to overbook their capacity and extort their employees to meet deadlines.
Example, for 13,000 lbs the company is awarded the contract and allotted 3 days to pack and 1 day to ship, 4 total days. So they basically take the job and really plan on only 1 day for everything and utilize the other 3 days to do the same thing

Coleman movers created thousands of dollars worth of damage to my items. I have posted some pictures of the things that they have broken. I had to remind them countless times to be careful with my families things as they would throw them from the top floor to the first and have someone catch them. I asked that the tvs be but in the boxes I provided them or to at least box them up themselves but they packed them in paper saying there was cardboard inside of the paper. There was not. Some of the items looked to have been damaged with malicious intent because there were chips and drill holes in parts

A crew of about 4 men moved us out of our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2 story home in 2 days! It was great because we didn't have to pack up anything - they packed, wrapped, and labeled everything!! All we basically did was let them know what we were not shipping, and they took care of the rest!
