We used G4 Lux and we're lucky enough to have Sean as our driver!!! We went to Plymouth for our anniversary and he made it so special from beginning to end!!!! At one point, I had mention what we had walked down the aisle to, and he had it playing when we got back into the car!!!!!. What a great guy!!! I can't talk highly enough about this company and our driver Sean!!!!

Working with Mike over the phone was great! He was friendly and knowledgable and understood what kind of car service I needed, which I thought was unique, but he had seen it all in his business! They provided me door to door driver service the night of my wedding 6/5/2021 for my guests to make in home safe and sound. We got Sean as our driver, not only did he show up early he was incredibly professional and very nice! All of my wedding guests raved about him the next day when they came over for brunch and a pool party. I will, without hesitation, hire these folks again when I need car service,

I highly recommend G4 Lux for your transportation services to the airport. I recently used G4 Lux for the first time and was impressed with the cleanliness of the cars and the professionalism of the drivers. Drivers were on time for pick up and was there waiting for me in baggage claim when I arrived even though I was a few hours late. They were considerate of my needs and safety. I will definitely be using them and again and will be recommending them to all my friends.

Not only was Mike early when he picked us up for those super early morning flights he was pleasant, there was great conversation with value and the vehicle was extremely clean. He raised the bar in the transportation industry which many has fallen short to even come close. His service is definitely 5 star.

In pass we had great service in fee was $55 from Granite Bay to Airport
Request trip to airport on March 6 was given quote of approximately $87 since we had great service it was expectable. Latter we were told the fee would now be approximately $124...when I contacted owner to honor the original quote he refused...We cancel this not way to business. He should have honor original quote, therefore if you book this company reconfirm price quoted.

Clean vehicles, comfortable ride, personable drivers, prompt and professional! Mike is an incredible driver. I like to know that the people driving me around actually know where they're going and have extensive experience behind the wheel. You don't get that with these crowd sourced ride service apps on your phone. You DO get that with G4Lux... and whole lot more! 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I love Mike and his company. I have used them to take my elderly parents to and from the airport several times and they loved the drivers. I recently used Mike's company to go to and from San Francisco airport and just knowing our driver would be waiting for us after a long flight to drive us home was awesome. We felt very safe, the trips are so easy and the drivers are incredible.

I received a quote for SUV driving to SF & back to SAC for a giants game. I spoke to about 11 companies & this was the cheapest & the most professional. I actually cancelled though due to deciding to just spend the weekend in a hotel however, I will definitely be using them in the future. They were understanding of my cancellation & the man I spoke w/ to book was extremely polite. Cant wait to use them in the future.

This was my 1st Time using a car service to go to airport. G4 Lux provided superb service. Very very pleased. The process was so easy. Mike (owner) made sure to verify all my needs also texted me to make sure when I was coming back from vacation. He sent one of his driver Ron (very nice and personable) to pick us up on time. Already had car service on time and waiting for me from the airport with no issues. Will definitely use them again!! I didn't have to worry about anything especially traveling with little kids. I recommend them 110% .
