Had my Bachelorette party on Friday night and our driver Scott was fantastic! Super sweet, easy to get ahold of, and got us a VIP table at a new club in midtown. We loved him!
We also used Baja a few months ago for my stepsisters birthday and our driver then was fantastic too! Can't remember his name.

Customer service was terrible.
I talked to them about getting a reservation for my wedding and I set up a reservation but they never told me to give them a credit card and to do a contract, even after I was sent a confirmation text. I called them the night of the reservation to see how I was supposed to pay and the person I talked to was very short and rude with me. I asked why I didn't have a reservation and she yelled that I didn't have a contract or credit card in their system. They blamed it on me and I ended up having to get another party van on short notice.

Giving this one star because the lady on the phone was beyond rude! I ordered a party bus for prom and it cost $1800 + tax for 30 people.. $65 each. This was supposed to be happening this saturday and just got notice that the health department of recommendation is making schools cancel all big events. Many people I talked to including us tried to cancel/reschedule for sometime in April and they are giving us NO refunds, when it was not our fault whatsoever that this happened. Rude people, no fairness, 1 star. No one is going to want to pay for another bus when our prom gets rescheduled. Thanks

Called today to advise them that due to Covid 19 the prom was postponed.
I asked if we could just postpone the date and they said no. They were a small business and they can't do that. We had to advise them 14 days (per the contract) for any changes or refunds. CLEARLY we didn't plan on this so I didn't have 14 days. I wasn't even asking for my deposit back I just wanted to reschedule for another date. I spend almost $2000 ( $1800+ tax) for this and not only will they not refund me but but also not let us reschedule.

We had a pick up service for a trip to the airport on 11/24/2019. The driver asked if he could use our restroom which I thought was a little bit awkward but I obliged. Ten minutes later he emerged from our bathroom which in which he left a disgusting mess. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. We had called the office on the office on the way to the airport to let them know what happened.
I have called two times since the incident and have still not received a call from a manager/owner to talk about what we had gone through.

I have used Baja Limo a few times now for varying events and each experience has been great! I have only been on their party buses and each time they have been safe, clean and a ton of fun. The customer service has been very consistent with each event and each driver I have had has been wonderful! I would highly recommend Baja Limo.

I have to say that I was not disappointed. Although their price might be slightly higher than others, you get what you pay for. I was pleased on the front end with quick responses to questions and I ask a lot of questions . I couldn't have been happier with the assistance Danielle gave me for endless ideas on how to plan our day (to make the best use of our time) from winery suggestions (based on our price point) to guidance

After receiving a phone call 3 hours before my event from another company I had booked with telling me they will not be arriving for my event I was in a panic. I called Baja Limo and Ann answered the phone. Luckily they were able to provide service for my event. The car was beautiful, clean, and the driver Ray was awesome. I will only call Baja Limo for my events in the future.

We used Baja Limo this past Saturday for a bachorlette party. I emailed them in the beginning of May to book. They got right back to me. Everything was smooth and easy!
The bus arrived on time! The Driver Scott introduced himself. We filled out some papers, gave him my card. He went over rules. They had a bottle of champagne & a rose for the bride. He asked who wanted to be the Dj &showed her how everything worked.

My husband, brother and I hired Baja Limo for my moms 60th Birthday. I can't say enough good things about this company! Customer service was on point, limo was clean, spacious, super comfortable, up to date with a TV and Bluetooth. I changed my location and plans quite a few times and they were quick to accommodate without any problems or hesitation. Tonya was the best driver, on time and the sweetest. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

David was only a good driver in the sense that I'm still alive. And I'm still in the limo so who knows if that will be true by the end of the trip.
When we first got in he told us "the AC will feel like it's not working by the end of the trip only because you've been drinking." Well guess what David, we had a pregnant sober woman on our drive and she was just as hot as the rest of us. Your AC is broken and you know it. Beautiful Bus...BUT HORRIBLE customer service when questioning the charges AFTER the bus ride. Watch out for the HIDDEN charges on the contract you sign on the bus...not the SAME contract as you signed when you booked the reservation. WHY NOT share the same information up front, not in small print, when you're loading up and ready to go have some fun?!? AND then not take my calls to discuss it?!? SHAME on them!!

I hired Baja Limo for our wedding day after shopping around through multiple shuttle services. Baja told us they had done shuttles at our venue multiple times and were very familiar with the site and had no… issues getting to and from. Once we got to the site the told us the busses couldn't drive on a dirt road and they were afraid of branches scratching the buses. They told our guests to get out and walk, so we wondered why we hired them in the first place. We rented a limo for a 8 hour wine tour to Napa Valley from El Dorado Hills.To start off, Baja Limo is the cheapest Limo Service I can find in the Sacramento Area. Not cheaper by a few bucks, but hundreds of dollars.
The Limo showed up on time and clean!! The limo was new, stocked with bottled water and champagne!! You can tell Baja Limo takes pride in keeping their limos looking great.
They helped us with where to visit in Napa as I've only been there 2 times in the past! We started out at Domaine Carneros then went to Peju Province and then to V. Sattui Winery!
