We offer a Service Agreement plan for customers who want to pay to have their A/C & heaters serviced each spring and fall. Our service agreement includes Spring maintenance on your air conditioner and Fall maintenance on your furnace and discounts.
Here at S&J Heating and Air Conditioning we offer Goodman and American Standard heating and air conditioning equipment but we are happy to work on all brands of air conditioners and furnaces to keep your home or business comfortable year round. We are not open on weekends but we do have someone on call each weekend and holiday to take care of emergency calls.

Using S&J Heating and Air Conditioning's Service Agreement takes all the worry out of maintaining your home's heat and air system. Company logo says it all! Another contractor mis-diagnosed the condensing unit. They wanted to replace the condenser and coil. Kyle with S&J saved the day. He found the crankcase heater shorting out to be the problem. Once that was repaired he cleaned the coil and trimmed the charge. The 34-year old Trane is purring like a kitten! Call S&J to get a fair and honest repair. Very hard to find these days!!! Thanks again!

Called in with an issue and I was out of town. My AC was down and it was one of the hottest days of the year. They where there that afternoon and had me up and running within hours of the call. Great hvac co. The new management has really made some positive changes.
