Now that I too, have fallen subject to WorthPoint's bad business practices, I thought it best to make sure others do not. For the past 19 months, WorthPoint has stolen from me on a monthly basis $19.99 for a total of $379.81. Today, after spending far too much time on the phone with their incompetent customer service, I emailed the support group in effort to recalim what was stolen. Please be VERY WARY of this company! The service is terrble and does not offer anything more than a good Google search can give you. In addition, their business practices are criminal. Message to Will Siepple, you are

Nothing more than a scam. Any eBay seller shouldn't have to have their own sales results sold back to them, which is just what this bunch of crooks does. There is no such thing as a free trial. It offers no price information. I can not believe the deceit and crookedness that goes on here. Don't tell me that eBay is not making money from or connected to this. Disgusting.

WORTHPOINT = WORTHLESS. I was charged $19.99 for a monthly membership to Worthpoint. Every time I log in so I can look at the rates various items are selling for, it will not display them indicating I need to upgrade my account. I have an upgraded account already. The free one does not let you see prices, mine should. I emailed for resolution and received a generalized response that someone would look into it. No real response since then. I have tried calling multiple times during regular operating hours and all I get is voicemail. I tried every extension and am sent to the same voicemail box number

Worthpoint is a service I really enjoy and very helpful when it comes to figuring out values of items, however I never have meet a worse customer service in my life. My father passes away on 2_10_16, and I go to try and cancel his services. First the website cancelation services does not work (because it did exist on the webpage), then I try to call but they are closed on the weekend so I wait. When I talk to the person on the line she was horrid, she did cancel my fathers account but when I asked to see if I could get a refund on his latest charge (on the 14th), she belittles me, begins to get
