$40 for a one night stay. Only spoke with staff on phone, friendly, accommodating. Road noise from I-10, to be expected. No fenced dog area. Some trash piled up way in the back near (what appear to be) FEMA trailers. Encountered no one personally during our stay, but folks waved from their cars, were quiet, seemed nice enough. Would stay again for a stopover.

Only reason I gave it two stars, it has "fishing pond", which is always a plus but everyone I talked to said they have never seen anyone catch anything in it. For the price, I would have never stayed there, but brother booked it for us to work in the area, all gravel roads and mostly trucks so dusty. Was told they had internet when we booked, come to find out after you check in and pay, you have to pay for it, first RV place I have personally , and not reliable if you have to actually use it. There was several nights the water pressure went down to nothing. The website is not up to date, the store

As a monthly paying customer I was told today that the bathrooms were not open to the public. That’s very strange that they allow the common area for internet use and laundry room as well. There is no difference between these spaces and the virus. It’s a big part of renting at an RV park to have the ability to utilize the bathroom/shower in the common area. Just be honest and say that you don’t want to have to clean the restrooms because there are more people here now (because of the hurricanes) than you’ve ever had at one time before. In fact you should hire someone to clean it up and

We have been here a few months now and we love it!! The staff is friendly. Park is clean and kid friendly. The onsite laundry and showers are always clean. The store onsite comes in very handy!!! We absolutely love it here! Wish there were a pool or some kind of activity onsite but other than that it's perfect! Oh and priced just right as well! $400 month - 30/50 amp.

This park needs some new management that cares about the park. The laundry mat needs new washers and dryers. My wife has washed our clothes here a few times and all our nice clothes have been ruined because of stains in the washer. My wife has brought it up to the front desk and was told if you don't like it wash some where else. Not a place I will come back to after my stay is complete. The laundromat also don't have A/C so you'll sweat down doing laundry. The roads are up front are in bad shape because of ruts and it floods in certain areas. They have a renter that are 4 months behind and does

Most reasonable price around. Full hookups minus cable, and a 24 hour coin laundry on site. There's a small restaurant and convenience store that serves breakfast lunch and dinner, as well as a limited amount of basic necessities. The employees are very nice, and if there's an issue at your site, it gets taken care of quickly. The only negatives are that there are are only 2 showers on site, 1 male and 1 female, and if you want Wi-Fi access in your camper you have to pay for it. Aside from that it's great.
