One of the worst kept up rv parks in lake charles. bathrooms are disgusting, have no ac in bathhouse, there is mold all over walls and there isn’t lights by toilet which they charge you for the bathhouse that no one uses… if you’re looking for just a place to park the camper it’s fine plenty of space and nice people (that i’ve met) in the park.

We booked on line as required. When we got there - there was no one at the office, which was closed for repairs. Arriving at our spot, we found it was taken. Considering the piles of 'stuff' around their RV, it looks like they have been in that spot for quite a while. With no one around to ask, we pulled into an open spot, a bit further away from the more shady looking residents. This place may have been nice at one time but now is in desperate need of repairs, maintenance, and management.

I've been living in the park since May 1st and every number I try to call to get in contact with anyone is either disconnected or not working anymore. We tried to pay rent last month and had so much trouble getting in contact with anyone. The wifi still doesn't work and the place is a wreck. Said they have cable but there no cable lines anywhere! Terrible place. I will be moving as soon as possible. Do not recommend living here.

The park looks like it might have been a nice place many years ago. I did talk to the office once and he was very polite. The park is in total disrepair. The concrete pads are broken and cracked, the trees are dieing. What use to be the dog run is full of dead trees and vegetation and i saw 2 stray dogs running around. I can not recommend this park.

Stayed in April of 2021. This poor little park needs a lot of TLC. Many trees are dying or have been cut down. Not a pretty area. The space we stayed in is not configured well for water and dump. Did not use the laundry or shower so can't speak to that. Only dealt with manager by email and phone because of Covid. Seemed nice. Cannot recommend this park.

Becareful. Power surges in the pedestals through out park. I know of 4 of us that this has happened to. It cost me $300 dollars for a service repair. Fried water heater and plug. Rule of thumb: if you go to and RV park and the pedestals are all leaning different directions? Go to a different park where they are all pedestals are standing straight. Protect your investment. We all have expensive investments
