Relationship conflicts, blended families or parenting problems, health issues, loss of a loved one, work stress, social injustice, and a multitude of issues can take a toll. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health problems can follow, or arise as unrelated problems on their own. For children and youth, these problems might also include learning difficulties, behavior disorders, or substance abuse.

Services
Psychological Resources is a family practice, helping adults, adolescents, children and seniors find solutions to life's problems. It is not unusual for people to feel a bit anxious about coming to therapy, so it can help to know what to expect. During the first session, your therapist will ask questions to get to know you, learn about what is important to you, clarify the reasons you are seeking therapy, and help you define your therapy goals.
