Services
All sections of each application must be complete and accurate. An incomplete application may be declined immediately upon being received. Employment - In general, we expect the applicants to have been in current employment for at least six (6) months, and the combined income is equal to three to four times the monthly rental amount.

While Leslie in the office is wonderful, she’s not the property manager. The property manager does not respond for weeks, doesn’t take care of problems. Example: back yard fence was falling down for over a year. I braced with metal posts to hold it up. The neighbors’ fence actually fell over, and it was left that way for over a year.
I wasn’t given a copy of my lease until move-in day, and was then told I’d have to pay for painting the entire house when I moved out. As I had nowhere else to go, I signed. Was there for 4 years, put 8 holes in the wall for black-out drapes, and yep, charged
