Audumn with Spartan property management is awesome. She is really easy to work with and very accommodating and understanding. I recently had a few unforeseen issues and she was extremely understanding and we worked through it wit ease. After the issues with our last property managers it's nice to work with someone that truely cares. I will highly recommend Spartan Property Management to all my friends and family.

I would like to write a review about my experience with Spartan Property Management and Audumn who had helped me along the way. First of all it had been awhile since I had to fill out a rental agreement and Audumn was kind enough to go through the application with me. Also when I did qualify Audumn called me right away since I was on a timeline trying to get into a home. Spartan has been very quick with any troubles that I have had and fixed in a timely manner.

Great company to rent from. They are easy and upfront with everything. The property they manage is top notch. Autumn has been great to deal with. Returns calls and is very helpful in the application process. I wish all companies and reps were like Spartan and Autumn. Keep up the great customer service!

We have loved renting from Spartan Property Management. Audumn is always super helpful! When we first started renting, she got us in to the see the house within hours of contacting them, and were approved and signed the lease within days. When any problems have come up at the property, she has been super quick to contact someone to come out and resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

Terrible place to rent from. Everyone in our building has been scammed out of money. Multiple people have gone years without getting any violations but ever since Audumn has started working over 5 violations have been given out in the last month. No matter how good you are with your property or how well you pay your bills this place will find a way to take your money then boot you out. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

Outstanding experience. I inherited my mom's house and needed to rent my own which needed a lot of work. I tried another company but they were not prompt at getting bids, only got one bid for plumbing and it was scandalously high even for plumbing. I contacted Richard and before I knew it, all was done, I had a great tenant, and I didn't have to deal with anything. Thanks for taking care of me at a sad and confusing time. Doris Mansoor
