This is a livable apartment if you have no other options. Not willing to work with you at all. Needed some where to live at the time but if I could go back would not rent from them, terrible decision. Paper thin walls and floors, loud neighbors, outdated apartments with constant issues at an over priced rate, try and raise the rent when they do absolutely nothing to update the apartments or the ground. There is trash all over the property, tons of kids running around unsupervised, and a big gaping hole in the front of the property that is an eye sore that they made not attempt to fix or fill in

I’ve lived here for over two years now, and I must say the staff here is great, friendly and efficient to any requests one may have. Very friendly neighbors, very spacious apartments and super clean community. You are in the middle of everything in Arden NC, moments away from the parkway and a Few hikes, but still very secluded. I honestly love that we have two pools, and the rent is very affordable for one income.

2 stars because they have signs designating the location of apartment buildings but they need letters on the corners of the buildings so delivery people know which door to go to instead of running all over the place looking for the correct letter on the door. It makes delivery very incontinent and irritating.

I have loved living here for over a year now. The staff have been more than accommodating to me and my health issues. They go out of their way to return calls and answer emails asap. Maintenance guy Travis is a great addition to their team. He is polite and efficient. Always smiling and laughing. The grounds are well kept and peaceful for walking. Very safe!!! Thanks for helping me make this my home!

We really enjoyed living. Really nice community; lots of kids and families. Beautiful landscaping. Maintenance was awesome. Ladies in the office were always very sweet. Year round heated pool was great to have during the winter. Guest sweet was also nice to have when family visited. One of my favorite places I’ve lived so far.

I lived here for almost four years and have enjoyed it! It is well priced for the area and the size of the apartments. The apartments are old, so I did have several maintenance requests over the years (but nothing serious), and they were all taken care of very quickly. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We did have several spiders, but not much other issues with bugs. I have enjoyed my experience here, but beware that traffic is worsening on the road the complex is on.

I've been a resident here for 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I've had a few maintenance needs since I moved in but a quick email to management and they are on top of it. They are the best at accommodating the residents in this community and they are always open to recommendations. The property is always kept neat and clean and there is always lots of parking. If you are considering applying here, I'd urge you to do so. Kensington Place is a great place to call home!
