Dr. Bickerton is lovely!! She has greatly improved my life by introducing me to Biote bioidentical hormone therapy! And she has totally improved my skin on my face (rosacea) with the BBL laser after 2 treatments. I'm going to have 4 to 5 altogether, but broken capillaries, dark spots and fine lines look so much better already! She is kind, caring, compassionate and listens to your every word!! So grateful that I found her! ❤

I went to Refined Image for the first time today to get some Botox, and I had an amazing experience! Dr. Bickerton was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and she was super kind and friendly. The office is gorgeous and the man working at the front desk was very nice!
Sadly, I live in Texas and am only in Naples for a few weeks to visit my family, otherwise I’d be making regular appointments here! I do plan to make an appointment with Dr. Bickerton when I can, though, because she is excellent.

Dr. Bickerton and her staff were absolutely amazing. This was my first time getting work done and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Saw results right away. I feel so much more confidant with myself after getting work done and can’t stop staring at myself every time I walk by a mirror. Looking and feeling like 21 all over again. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! I have had a few procedures done here with Dr. Bickerton. She prides herself on professionalism and knowledge. Boy, does she have plenty of both! I'm so pleased with my results, and I'm positive you will be too! From the pleasant warm atmosphere to the most amazing staff, you cannot go wrong! Also most state of the art equipment available. I have never written a bad review in my life but I want to warn people of my experience at Refined Image.
I had the bbl procedure done in early August for sun damage on my arms and chest. In a few days very dark spots appeared that eventually bled and fell off and took my pigment with it. The doctor attempted to blend the spots by retreating. It was Very painful and the pain lasted for approximately a week. The same thing happened. So now I have white spots and stripes. Dr Bickerton told me that she could treat my tan skin and tells me she still treats tan skin all of the time. She wants to charge
