Reserve Psychological Consultants, Inc. is a large group practice of psychologists and mental health professionals, dedicated to providing the highest quality mental health services to the community. The needs and goals of our clients are the primary concern of treatment. Our staff practices within a broad range of specialty and interest areas in order to meet the needs of a diverse population.
We offer individual, couples, child/adolescent and family services. Our staff does not include medical professionals; therefore, we do not prescribe medications.

Services
If you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment, we request 24-hour notice in advance. Appointments missed without 24-hour prior notice may be billed at the regular fee. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions. Cancellations can be made after our regular business hours by calling the office and leaving a message on our voice mail system.

The front office is abrupt and impatient when it comes to listening. They had questions regarding insurance that could’ve been resolved with a little patience but instead took an accusatory tone. I tried to provide additional contact information and insurance approval codes but the receptionist was so flustered and aggravated she took the details down incorrectly and later had another receptionist call me back accusing me of giving incorrect information. You’d think once the mistake was discovered that a less accusatory tone would be in order, instead I got an equally abrupt “We’ll get
