I have always loved helping others, so after receiving my BS in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida, I couldn't wait to start motivating and inspiring my clients. Because I believe our health is our most precious asset, I have dedicated myself for over 20 years to sharing what I know works.

I have been working out with Aly for about ten years now. She comes to my home and we spend an hour together. She has taken me from 165 to 120lbs and I get so many compliments especially because my age and my body do not match!
