We are a fitness body wellness/cosmetic studio dedicated to quality and professionalism here at Evette's Dance & Fitness Club, with our inaugural location in Coconut Creek, Florida. We are a total wellness studio from inside and out. Offering life coaching in any area of life from fitness to overall wellness.

CryoSkin Slimming and Toning Report

A There are few. Sometimes localized redness that disappears after a few hours at longest. Sometimes some delayed onset muscle soreness that rarely exceeds 2 to 3 hours. There may also be some itching without consequences and often due to the reactions of certain cosmetic products used by clients.

Vacuum Therapy Buttock Lift Report

Answer: Redistributing the fat cells from the thighs, hips, lower back area, it is transferred to the gluteal area. Hot and Cold treatment with the vacuum suction is how this is done. It is then sealed to now will be permanently in the buttocks. The vacuum suction cups add volume to the buttocks. Leaving you with better thighs/legs and lower back and an amazing tight/toned booty!

Evette’s has everything. Fitness Training, pole fitness, and actually ...its total body help. I did the cryotherapy and my legs looked significantly better. I started to feel old and stiff and when I go to Evette’s, I become more flexible and have better posture and just feel better about myself. It’s also a very non-judgemental environment. Evette makes everyone feel welcome - this is a great place and has made me much healthier.

Small but cozy and warm and what most caught my attention is the cleaning of the studio. Evette makes sure that everyone takes off their shoes before entering the training area.

A very professional environment. Clean. Evette is thorough, helpful, & clear on her training techniques. She takes her work seriously. Importantly anyone can do this! All ages & sizes.There is no judging. So to those who think this is only about Pole Dancing. It is not. So much more to it. Your fitness & well being is what Evette's Dance Fitness Club is all about. You won't regret giving this place a try.

Evette is amazingggggggg!!!!!! She is a great teacher , and you will see results quickly! Whether its pole , or weights, or both she's the best around.... Very personable, and quite fun to be around. I highly recommend to all.

Its a great place just wish there was a class only for beginners. For example, there would be a separate class for beginners, immediate, and advance. Other then that its a great place also should have more space for aerial and lyra class.

Great variety of classes! They do everything here! Also, the most affordable pole fitness in the area. Evette is a patient, kind instructor. Most classes have a pretty intimate number of students, and you'll meet some great friends here. A fun way to get fit :)
