Very pleased with these guys in the service department my motor went out in the beginning of winter they got my suburban motor in after I took it out of my 2009 sierra travel trailor had a great friend take it on a Monday in that morning and they had it up and tested by noon great service reasonable price for labor and new motor for my furnus 500.00 was very reasonable to me thank you all for your prompt attention on my travel trailor furnace motor getting in and fixed fast

What amazing service! We are in the midst of a 2 month trip and experienced problems with our converter. Doug kindly facilitated service for us as we were moving toward our next campsite. James quickly and expertly replaced our converter and Doug worked with our insurance so all we had to pay was the deductible. It’s great to know there are kind people willing to help in a crunch!

Aug 4th 2021 while driving south in 81 just a few miles from 77 a truck driver waa waving me pull over, as I started alowing down I saw an exit 1 mike ahead. As I got off freeway there was a truck stop I pulled into and notice rear axle smoking which was from a bearing that had gone bad. I went online and first on list was Johnson Family RV center. I called and asked if they do service work and told them where we were and they said they would sent 2 service men right out. They came quick and made it to wear I could drive the the mike to their ahop and put us first on liat to make repiars.the repkaced

This is BEST customer service experience I have ever received! I took my camper there after having a small electrical fire, and needing a fast evaluation and repair. The team at Johnson Family RV responded immediately to the need. Everyone there was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to identify the cause of the fire, make the minor repairs, and communicate everything needed, all in the same day. They were very understanding regarding the sense of urgency this required. Thank you to the team at Johnson Family RV!

Was very happy with our experience at Johnson's RV soon as we walked through the door we felt comfortable and apart of the Johnson's family. And we love our camper so glad we decided to go there. Our credit wasn't the best but they done everything they could to get us the camper we picked and we are now enjoying our new little get away home. And when I say they are amazing that means everyone the salesman, financial man, lady at counter, guys in shop, inspector. I had a brake lock up around there shop while traveling and limped it into their shop. After the mechanic looked at the wheel, he said the brake and bearing was completely shot. They stated that they did not have a new bearing but had a used one that they could put on for us to continue. Repairs were done and they stated that new tires were needed but they didn’t have them in stock but recommended that we Change them ASAP. We continued our trip about 300 more miles and before departing we scheduled to get new tires. That stated that the same hub was totally shot. Once that shop investigated they
