Unfortunately my experience with a $14,000 insurance paid trailer repair did not go well.
1. I had asked for leaks to be checked. They were not. This resulted in rotting the entire LQ floor that now needs to be ripped out and replaced.
2. The trailer was left completely filthy.
3. The horse compartment had sharp metal remnants that I had to painstakingly remove to ensure they wouldn’t become imbedded in my horse.
4. In the living quarters, the wires for the replacement stereo were left to dangle in a clump.
5. By forcing the poor quality replacement mattress for which I was charged close

We had a wonderful experience with Dalton. We drove from NJ to VA and they opened on a Saturday so we could pick up our horse trailer ramp. Terry is an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a horse trailer.

Honestly not even worth one star. Those men act like children and how girls was in high school. Seriously pathetic how they treat each other and how staff treat their workers. Good money sure but not worth the drama. Go find better pay, better anything but there. I’ve heard by many. They don’t give thier workers a chance to learn and that’s ridiculous. Maybe if you buy a trailer they will be nice though. 🤷🏼♀️ Want my advice? Wouldn’t bother either way.
