Highly recommended! They were fast, accommodating and provided quality service replacing my sunroof. I did not realize that glass technicians could be certified as it is not required in AZ, however I can say, it certainly makes a difference. These guys have a depth of expertise that makes a difference. They were recommended by my insurance company and I am so pleased I went with them. I recently had my windshield replaced and went with a highly advertised company who was not recommended by insurance and I had a terrible experience. Just had my windshield replaced today. Highly recommend using Quality 1st Glass. They made the process very easy and accommodated my schedule. Came to my house to do the work and it only took about 45 mins. I requested the manufacturers glass and they worked with my insurance company to get me what I wanted. They were very honest about the whole process and will definitely recommend them to anyone I talk to.

I called for information about either repair knowledge or a quote on receiving a repair and what i got was so much more! James assisted me with an outstanding amount of knowledge, way more than expected. If that wasnt enough he then offered to help with assistance on the repair on his own time. All over a phone call. I will be a customer for as long as i live in the valley. This is how you do customer service.

JD did an amazing job this morning with my windshield. He was right on time and did a clean quality job. I especially appreciated his dialogue with me afterwords telling the details of what he did and why he did it. No other glass place has done that for me. Great job Quality 1st...from start to finish!

Found James and Quality 1st on Yelp. They do indeed deserve the 5 star rating. Luckily they were a preferred provider for my insurance (Liberty Mutual) so it made it that much easier. I mentioned to James that the last co that my ins co sent out did quite a crappy job and put in a junky generic windshield. James went out of his way to find the very best generic that my ins would cover and did a phenomenal job not only installing the new one but also fixing the lousy work that the last co did. I wouldn't call anyone else for glass needs. Great communication, right on time for the appointment

James was very accommodating when I had to change the location of where my car was being serviced last minute. I had to replace my windshield (out of pocket) due to a large crack and Quality 1st did so at almost half the cost Safelight quoted me, and with great customer service and efficiency.
The woman who scheduled the appointment with me was also very friendly and professional. Overall, would definitely use again and highly recommend to a friend.

I can't say how much James was a lifesaver. NO ONE in Maricopa Country could fix this, except the dealer! No charge for an inspection at my home at MY leisure. No waiting in a boring waiting room, to get over charged. I know who I will always work with on my glass and especially sunroof issues. I am letting all my friend know how great this guy is!

I didn't have my Winshield covered by insurance, so I looked online to get the best rate I could get. Quality 1st gave me a quote that none could beat, so I grabbed it.
James came to my location, did the job within 30 minutes & did it excellently. I test drove the car & I hear less noise than before, so I know he sealed the glass well. James had a pleasant personality & was very professional. Now my windshield is brand new & looking good. Very satisfied customer here!

While driving on vacation to Arizona the sunroof of our ford edge exploded. As we where far from home and desperately in need of a sunroof as we had a 14 hour drive ahead. We contacted James at Quality 1st Glass. He promptly and efficiently put in the new sunroof early in the morning to get us back on the road to finish our vacation.

They made it so easy to do business. James arranged to come to my home, working around my schedule. My windshield had two big chips in it and you can't even tell now. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. And he walked me through the claims process with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them.

So we recently bought a vacation home down in Arizona. And we left your extra car down there. When we came back a month later our window was broken. So we found the closest glass shop to us. We went through our insurance company and he took care of all the paperwork. His attention to detail is amazing. Since our car is a hybrid it had a special back window in it. And he knew which one it was. His phone number is stored in our phone now in case we have any problems in the future with glass breakage. Thanks for your prompt service James.

Quality First Glass is by far one of the most uncomplicated service organizations I have ever had any dealing with. Each time I've needed glass work, the owner of the company handled all the details for me so my time was free to do what I needed to. He set the appointment at a time and place for my convenience, showed up promptly at the appointed time and completed the work quickly with professionalism and courtesy. I recommend this company to anyone!
