We hired GBL for our wedding day transportation needs and had a great experience. Their white wedding trolley was beautiful and perfect for getting our wedding party around town for photos and a beautiful scenic ride along the coast. I was planning a charity camping adventure for some of the families at Cross Roads House. Due to a medical emergency, my participant number changed. We booked the wedding trolley for our July wedding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for guest transportation. I knew we needed transportation to get the guests to the venue and then safely home at the end of the reception. I did not however realize, that when you book the trolley you get SO much more than that. The wedding trolley is adorable – white and cheery, lovely inside. They were extremely flexible creating a route to pick up guests. We did not have a room block, so our guests were scattered around town and the trolley picked up guests from wherever we asked. We had skip as a driver 07/27/2021 for my granddaughter’s ninth birthday. For adults two kids in an afternoon out. Skip mean the entire experience amazing for my granddaughter, The adults and my second grandchild that was there all had such an awesome time from the loud music to the stopping at the store and the kids singing along with music skip did nothing but laugh and make it a point to tell us to have nothing but a wonderful time. Great bay limousine staff and skip thank you so very much.

Our driver, Greg, was amazing. I had no idea what to expect and he made me feel special as the bride. He also was on point during the photo session after the ceremony. There was branch in the way in the… background while my husband and I were posing for photos and Greg came out of no where to remove the branch that no one else noticed. He was really great all around, I would absolutely recommend this company for your wedding day!

Great Bay Limo was GREAT! We ordered an 18 person hummer for our wedding party and their school bus (painted black & white) for our guests! Worked out perfectly. Both drivers were prompt and professional and made our day extra special. Red carpet & champagne and all! Would definitely recommend to any and all people looking to book for their events.… When we got out of the church and before we got in the limo, the drive made it a point to stop us for a picture and to pop the champagne. He said "On behalf of Great Bay Limo, we wish you years of happiness". Very sweet!

Great Bay Limo is my go to limousine service in NH. They are always on time when I need limo service to and from Manchester-Boston Airport. Occasionally, I fly into Logan airport and they always have a limo ready and waiting.
Chauffeurs are polite and helpful. On one trip, my allergies were severe and the limo driver brought me to a pharmacy to grab some sinus spray before we continued to Portsmouth, NH.

I've worked with this company a few times for work events. The first time, I had to call and coordinate multiple round-trip rides over multiple days, and they were right on time to each one. Anise especially is always very kind and helpful-- I'm sure everyone else is, too, but she's the one I've worked with most. She even sent photos from the driver of our group with their limousine! They've been a dream to work with and I highly recommend.
ETA: I found this company after trying to use a local Boston company that was going to charge astronomical prices to go between Logan

I heard the management's response to the incident below. Ultimately they cleaned house, made appropriate reparations and the manager was apologetic.

I was a groomsman in a wedding and the groom set up for Great Bay to pick us up after dropping off the bride's side of the bridal party. But the limo driver never came. After a half hour, the company confirmed that the driver was right around the corner, but after waiting another ten minutes, we had to drive ourselves to the ceremony to avoid being late.
Never use this company if you want to ride in a limo
