Tal Rimoni is a highly professional, well educated, kind, and experienced agent for Maven Realty. Our experience with Tal was seamless. Right off the bat, Tal was very friendly and answered all of my questions before even showing me the property. Tal would even respond to the questions I asked after hours; responding back to me at 10 and 11pm showed that Tal was always on the clock! My boyfriend and I worked with Eddie from Maven and it was all around a great experience. We were trying to find a place to rent during the pandemic (yikes), which made viewing apartments a little harder because we were dependent on tenants taking "video walkthrough" tours of the units. We stumbled upon a place on Craigslist and could tell it was a steal right away, but no video. We called Eddie probably 6 or 7 times between Wednesday, when we first found the apartment listing, and Saturday, when we decided to move forward with an application without even having seen the video of the

Worst customer service ever. I was rudely asked to sign a paperwork without proper explanation. My reaction was to ask for more information about the paperwork that was put in front of me. I was met with an aggressive reaction to which I decided to decline to sign. The paperwork was apparently a policy fee disclosure required by the state of Massachusetts. I called the agency and requested to talk to a manager. The manager didn't like that I found the situation I was put in extremely uncomfortable and he even went on to insinuate that my story isn't true.

From start to finish, renting an apartment with Aaron at Maven was a total success!
He is a great guy and quickly found the ideal apartment for us based on our criteria. He was extremely prompt in communicating with us, and the application process was easy. He was also very flexible in accommodating our busy schedules, and made sure that all of our questions were immediately addressed. Both my current apartment and the one I'll be moving into this summer were found through Maven. I've worked with Eddie both times and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He patiently listened to what our requirements were, and most importantly, only showed us places he knew we'd be interested in. There were no "long shots." I think my friend and I rented the first apartment he showed us FOUR years ago! That's how happy we are with the place. Thus far, the best landlord I've ever had. In any city (I've lived in 4 states).

Ask for Peter - what a guy! He was professional, nice, personable, not pushy, and made what I thought would be an impossible situation so easy. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found me a great place. The process was quick, and he made sure everything was squared away before move-in and checked in on us at the apartment the day of the move to make sure nothing else needed to be done. It can be so hard to find nice, professional, reliable real estate agents in Boston and Peter was phenomenal. He was always available if I had a question and I could not have asked for a better experience. He

Found ads on Craigslist the realtor got in touch saying one of the ones was having and open house hat night. We went a viewed the place and decided to put in an application. My soon to be room mate needed a new application waited 20 minutes for a new one. We never heard back if our application was accepted or not. The realtor did not return phone calls or emails regarding status. Very unprofessional, we assumed we didn't get the place but it would have been nice to know. Luckily we found a place on our own. Other realtors there might be different but I would no recommend going there

My husband and I rented an apartment through Maven, and I recommend Jay specifically. If you're at all familiar with the apartment situation in Cambridge/Boston, you know that apartments come and go incredibly quickly. We signed for the apartment with Jay about 15 minutes after we saw the apartment - so come prepared!

Amazing realty company! Honest, patient, and fun!
I worked with Claudia two years ago, she put me in an apartment I loved. So recently, finding a new place I came right back. This time I worked with Jeff. He was amazing, helped us get a place we never thought we could. He went FAR above and beyond. Not only that, but he was fun to go out looking at apartments with!
TIP: feel his muscles - they are glorious.

Jeff at Maven was AMAZING. I was really anxious about renting in Boston because I know how cut-throat and competitive it can be to find a great place at a great price. He was really calm and understanding and found me an awesome place for a steal and a half. Parking, heat and hot water including for pretty much the same price as I pay now??? Yes, please!
Even though it was a great deal, I was having a hard time seeing past the current tenant's umm...less than tidy living habits. I never got the feeling that he was trying to "sell' me on the apartment, but he was really good
