I took on Ramp Up Interactive for SEO services.They said I should see significant results in 6 months.
I signed a 6 month contract. After 6 months, I was unhappy with the results and called to stop services. They asked me to give them a few months more at no charge.
However, after that, my billing manager mistakenly sent them 2 more payments .
I said I would give them a few more months to show some results, as long as they would refund the $4000 I mistakenly paid them if they didn't get results. .
They agreed.
After 6 more months of no results, I called to terminate the relationship.
