After the State provided the discovery, Mr. Donatiello conducted a review of the State, Local, County, and Campus regulations / authorizations and determined that the street the defendant was travelling on was never authorized to be a one-way street.

Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process which included three separate court dates! This was my first time dealing with the court system and Joseph made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step. His diligence and expertise resulted in my case being dismissed for three traffic violations (where my name was used in a traffic stop in which it was not me).
