Brad and his team zealously advocated for my interests, not just once, but twice. First, by thwarting a plot to modify my limited duration alimony obligation and second to make it permanent. This was a death sentence to me. Brad's ability to anticipate the opposition is why I can enthusiastically recommend him.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS LOWLIFE.

Scroll through the reviews of this clown and you'll see numerous reports of gouging, unresponsive, inept work. This guy is the absolute worst, and if you hire him, you're out of your mind. His wife Carmen runs the office and she bills every 2 weeks. If you don't pay right away, she calls to bully you. If you don't pay fast enough, they simply stop working on your case - and never tell you. And because Carmen runs a sweat shop, they make huge mistakes, sending highly personal, confidential financial information to mistaken email

I reached out to Brad after years of the same routine with the courts. Brad and Rachel, worked diligently to resolve all of my outstanding custody and support issues. They never gave up, Brad also taught me along the way, that fighting and disparaging the other parent was never the way to resolve things, but to do it with care and concern for the children involved. He always said- It would help me in the future.. Fast Forward 5 years, Brad was right about it all! I still follow much of the advice he and Rachel shared with me about co-parenting! And he still keeps in touch! Brad and team are great

I had unresolved issues with some divorce requirements and reached out to Brad Micklin. The whole group could not have been more professional, caring and helpful. They are truly a great group and have heart and compassion which helps especially going through something as emotional as divorce. They guided me and explained every step. My only regret is that I didn’t have them for my actual divorce. I would recommend Brad Micklin if you are ever in need of this type of service.

Carmin or whatever her name is… so sorry she mumbles and only spoke to her for a second to see where I could get a copy of the divorce papers that my parents had. My mother doesn’t speak English very well so I called just to see where to get a copy. Not only was she rude but she hung up on me. Would not recommend such ghetto behavior from a lawyer. Thank you bye

Stay away from this firm. The billing was overly aggressive, constantly inaccurate and I had to fight every few months to remove excessive amounts. The managing partners wife would call me hours after sending my bill and asking when it would be paid and their billing staff would call my cell repeatedly, just days after issuing an invoice. I was egregiously overcharged and they overwhelmingly lost every single hearing and decision. This was the worst experience in my lifetime and received no value for the tens of thousands of dollars they charged. They seemed like competent attorneys but the abusive

Brad Micklin and Rachel Issacs both handled my child support emancipation and termination of alimony with the Court. They are strong advocates of Men's and Father's Rights. They work with you to achieve an equitable solution, developing strategies along the timeline, which are shared with the client. Their entire staff is very responsive and always acted courteously and professional. And even with restrictions due to COVID-19 restrictions their ability to conduct business remotely through various technology portals, should be commended. I would recommend their Law Group for an Family Court Legal

Didn't even get a chance to be represented because I accidentally missed my first online appt. When I called to apologize and ask to reschedule I was answered with, "If it happens again I won't get another chance". Thanks to Carmen, she should definitely not be the one answering potential client phone calls. Very unprofessional and obviously not the firm for me.

I felt compelled to write another review about Brad Micklin. As I was preparing to represent myself in court after getting screwed over and wasting a ton of money on an ineffective lawyer, i became nervous and overwhelmed, as any Novice would. I had a deadline to meet and for lack of better terms I needed someone to hold my hand and walk me though steps that i was uneducated about couldn't find on my own conducting independent research. Brad gave me advice days before my deadline. although this was helpful and I didn't want to bother him, i reached out to him one more time with time-sensitive matter

Words can’t do justice to Brad Micklin and his team. My consultation was with Brad. I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel pressured, I felt comfortable and most of all I felt like I had someone on my side for my daughters best interest. I worked with Rachel Isaacs as well and she was great. Everyone that I had any interaction with was very courteous and respectful. Everyone was knowledgeable and helped me through this difficult time. Brad made himself available to me at all hours. His wife Carmen is absolutely amazing and was extremely emotionally supportive. I appreciate everything that they

I had never been in a courtroom before in my life until I was in need of a restraining order as a result of domestic violence. The best decision I made for myself was to hire Brad Micklin of the Micklin Law Group to represent me.
You may notice that Brad usually represents men but in my case, as a woman, I felt secure and protected in court with Brad by my side. His style in court is very clever and strategic and he doesn't miss a thing. If the opposing side or even the judge says something questionable or inappropriate, Brad will catch it and call them out! He made sure the trial was fair and
