Kurt was everything we could have asked for in a home inspector. He informed us of things we were not aware of and also gave tips of where he would recommend going for improvements. He also encouraged us to call him if we ever have any questions going forwards. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were presented with 3 different options for inspectors before we scheduled. After calling all 3, getting pricing and availability, we made our choice. Kurt answered my phone call right away. I asked about pricing and it was very transparent. He said that he uses locally owned companies to fulfil the inspection needs (i.e. septic, pest control) and that had us sold!
He arrived to the house prior to us. Was already checking everything out. Kurt made us feel at ease while we walked through the inspection process because he explained everything, big or small. All of the other contractors

I am a first time home buyer and Kurt was great. He took the time out to go over everything and make sure I understood the process. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt. He was, as someone already mentioned in another review, very professional and personable. He spent as long as was needed to give the house a solid check up. He took his time explaining things and giving suggestions to things that may need future solutions. All in all the guy doesn't miss a thing when performing your home inspections.
