Services
John Hunt is Hunt Home Inspection's owner and home inspector. He has always been drawn to real estate related projects. Some of his work has included working as a landlord overseeing multiple properties. John also got a lot of his contracting knowledge from becoming a Project Manager for contracting with building rehabilitation jobs, he has had hands-on experience with building and overseeing these jobs.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from John of Hunt Home Inspection, LLC. I live in Sydney Australia and I was able to speak to him even late in the evening. As soon as I called, he scheduled the inspection for the very next Monday and he delivered the report the same day. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Me and my husband was wowed with John Hunt professionalism, the way he went step by step through the entire inspection explained everything from top to bottom leaving no questions unanswered and John was very thorough. I highly recommend Hunt Home Inspection, LLC! Mr. Hunt was very knowledgeable, thorough, and taught me quite a bit about how repairs should look when they are done correctly. His knowledge on decks was especially useful in assessing a major safety concern.

LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HUNT HOME INSPECTION!! As previous reviews state, John was ahead of the game arriving 30 minutes before and scoped out the property. He completed a thorough two hour plus inspection and addressed all of my concerns and his concerns before leaving the property. He explained everything in detail and went back over issues he found to make sure his report will be as detailed as possible. I could not be more happier with my decision to hire John!!!
