Received a quote, sent in the deposit October 22, no communication, I had to reach out for scheduling then we settled on a date via email when that date arrived (Nov 11) and I called to re-confirm, I was given the runaround and that the office could not reach anyone they were sorry, I took off work for this appointment. When my husband got in touch with them late that afternoon and the tech was in the office he said there was a scheduling problem. We're very pleased with the black vinyl chain link fencing installed by Brennan's! They were prompt, efficient and professional. They installed to our specifications, and gave us a few greatly appreciated recommendations. As others have mentioned, the problem with this company is their lack of communication from the front office to their customers. Yesterday afternoon was our designated fence repair window (which was confirmed to me in an e-mail last Friday). I waited here at home all afternoon. No crew showed up and no one called to keep me informed or to reschedule the job. I finally called the owner around 5:00 pm and firmly told him that I expected his crew here first thing this morning to do the job. He told me someone would call me by 7:30 this morning to let me know when the crew would be here. Again, no

Overall, the fence looks fine and we are happy with it. I am a small business owner and know how important reviews are, but I need to be honest about working with Brennan’s. It took months for us to get our fence installed by this company. We had days where no one showed up to work when they said they would. The office staff did not seem to know why. A supervisor showed up one day thinking the workers would be here and they hadn’t been here in days. Poor communication in our opinion. Today is 12/28/2020 and we placed our order 09/21/2020 and we’re still waiting. We never received a call for updates. We only receive updates if my husband or I call. We were told our fencing came in on 12/10 and was given an install date of 12/22/2020. I called on 12/21/2020 to confirm and was told it could not be installed because they were behind on their installs due to the rain the week before. Today, 12/28/2020 my husband called and was told our fencing had not come in. The story was recanted after my husband let the guy know we were told the fencing was in. Now here we are without a fence
