I was not able to use Index Fence as I could not get basic answers to questions that I had regarding their quote. I quoted the job with three other fence companies and I was originally going to go with Index yet I wanted to know more information associated with the build quality (outlined on competitors quote yet not on Index's). I emailed their estimator multiple times and also called him to get answers as I wanted to get on their schedule. I would highly recommend this company. Not only did they come out, very knowledgeable about the service, material, different styles, but they were so pleasant and nice. We were thinking of another company that was cheaper but their reviews were terrible. I was not able to find one bad review about Index Fence. They had nothing but positive and happy reviews. The price was not much of a difference, but the piece of mind and great reviews did it for me.
We were not supposed to have our fence until last week of November/first week of December but an opening came and we got our fence done within 2weeks

I used Index when we moved to NC. They installed my fence within two weeks and it looks fantastic. The sales person I dealt with named Pedro was terrific and they installed the fence within 1 day. The crew that completed the installation was polite professional and did a very good job. I would highly recommend you talk with Index Fencing about yogurt project. My experience showed me they can’t be beat for service or pricing.

This group is very responsive and I was really looking forward to working with them. They replied to my quote request within minutes, put me on the schedule and requested pictures and survey info, which I provided. The next day I was contacted to say that they don't have the resources to take on new clients and apologized. Disappointing, but I understand. Definitely inquire if they are taking on new clients before you get too much further along.

Miguel, Stephen, James, Manny and the fence installers at Index Fence Inc installed a 6’ black chain link fence around our back yard and core drilled in concrete an aluminum fence around swimming pool. These guys are reasonably priced, professional and very friendly. They showed up to work every morning and worked all day. They went above and beyond cleaning up after the project was complete. They do superior work and I highly recommend them.

Index Fence did a great job installing a fence for my dog. From the initial quote process through installation, everything was seamless and stress-free. They even handed all the necessary paperwork with my HOA and the city for the required approval and permits.
On installation day, Juan and Armando arrived early, finished quickly, and did a fantastic job - even diagnosing an issue with the original plan and coming up with a solution. My dog loves her yard, and I couldn't recommend Index more!

We used Index Fence to install an aluminum fence on the perimeter of our yard and we hit the jackpot with this decision! Steven was fantastic from the start with the estimate in a pouring rainstorm, and communicated with us throughout the process, even making time for us while away with his guard unit!
The crew arrived as scheduled, even a bit early. They walked the property with me to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The crew treated our home as if it were their own, meticulously installing the fence and two gates surrounding a half-acre of property in less than eight hours

I requested a quote from another fence company and used Yelp's "submit to other companies" feature. Index responded that day. They not only scheduled an on-site evaluation for the next day (and were very prompt), but they were the only company who could get us in before late June or July to even do the evaluation! The evaluation was easy, and the inspector wore a mask and observed social distancing. From there, we booked them and they built our fence within one day.
