Services
Be Balanced Healing offers nutrition counseling services for children, teens, and adults, including weight management, digestive issues, and food allergies. Jen Marshall created Be Balanced Healing in 2013 and built the practice on her balanced interests: half spiritual, half scientific. We're passionate about sharing health with others and working together to find the root cause of your ailments.
Our bodies are always trying to get back to a state of balance, a process called homeostasis. Given the right tools and ingredients, we will find balance again. Our lives are a constant juggling exercise. When we find balance, things fall into place. We help you find balance internally with nutrients and externally at home, work, and play.
Nutrition can help many conditions. Symptoms are like clues to the inner workings of your body, and they are often connected to other symptoms that may seem unrelated. Our functional nutrition plans will help you learn about the "big picture" of your body: what is imbalanced, how that relates to your symptoms, and what to do about it.
We offer private, in-person coaching at our office in Boulder, CO. We help you uncover which changes you need to make and how to implement those changes into your life. We offer our private, one-on-one coaching services by phone or video (via Zoom). When scheduling online be sure to "add a message" to your appointment so we know to meet you on phone or video.
I'm Jen, the nutrition geek behind Be Balanced Healing. I'm an eater, a dog and nature lover, a traveler, a voracious learner, and a passionate educator. I believe in laughter, gratitude, and dark chocolate. I'm glad you're here. I've always loved eating. I grew up in a large Italian family outside of Boston where food was the centerpiece of all activities.
