Pilates is a unique body conditioning regimen designed to lengthen, strengthen, decompress, tone, align, slenderize, sculpt and balance the physical structure. It's corrective exercise. It's stretching with strength and control. The outcomes of the practice of Pilates are optimal functionality, mobility, verticality and sustainability.

It literally enables you to age-proof your body. My process features the introduction of a logical progression of Pilates exercises that address the structural flaws unique to your body that may have caused stooped posture, muscular and joint pain, weakness, stiffness and loss of muscle tone.

Perfect Parts Pilates is boutique studio offering expert instruction in the classical Pilates Method of Body Conditioning. While individuals of all life stages and ages are warmly welcome, I specialize in teaching adults 50 years and older.

My emphasis is in equipping you with an understanding of how your body moves on different planes of motion, how to organize your body parts so that you move with grace, ease, awareness and strength and how to recruit the right muscle groups to execute the exercises.
Lengthen, tone, strengthen and sculpt with the Pilates Tower using the push through bar, roll down bar, arm springs and leg springs. Immerse yourself in the Pilates method with this challenging circuit training class featuring the Wunda chair, Baby chair, High Barrel, Pedi-Pole, Leg Springs and Arm Springs.
Are you dreading the confinement of closed toe shoes, thick socks and heavy boots that the cooler temperatures bring? LOVE Pilates and LOVE this studio! Ms. Fuentes is a superb teacher. Her understanding of this physical fitness method and her verbal and tactile cues makes her an excellent trainer.

Best decision I ever made was to come to this pilates studio. My neighbor had been asking for years. I had stopped running due to knee problems and decided to give this a try. Now approaching my third year. I am 78 years young!!!
