Talamadge construction did an excellent job for our residential work, and we will use them again - they are now our first choice. They were helpful, professional and responsive. Their design was structurally innovative and impressively well-thought out. Their work with city permitting was efficient, and most importantly, their demolition, construction and cleanup work was high quality. Talmadge replaced two sets of large french doors for us. From the first meeting I was impressed with their excellent communication. They did a great job dealing with the inevitable curve balls of retrofitting new build doors into an existing house. When we did the caulking and painting, it was clear what a great job they did getting the details just right. Each member of the team took pride in their work and seemed to genuinely enjoy coming in each day. I was impressed with how communicative, thoughtful, and proactive everyone was on the job. I can't say enough great things about the Talmadge team! It's refreshing when you have a plan and detailed estimate from the beginning of the project, and the attention to detail while in construction and on site is unparalleled. One of the key benefits of working with Talmadge, is every detail is handled; all materials are ordered, all of the specialty trade contractors are coordinated, and we had weekly project updates from our project manager.
