Only pro to this company is their clients are nice and helpful when you have issues with the owner.
CONS: The company and owner are disorganized, don’t deliver on their promises, they don’t handle contracts on a timely fashion...Owner promised health insurance and a retirement package that did not exist. Tells clients he doesn't hire competent workers as they'd never work for the price he pays and he wants yes men/women that will look to him and his other full time employees out of NY and overseas(so he doesn't have to pay taxes, insurance, etc. his words) Owner is a con artist that uses scare

We've been a client of Onsite for about 10 years. Whenever we have a problem, I know that I can reach out and someone always gets back to me. If they can, they try to fix it remotely, and if they can't, they send someone to me as soon as they can. If one of the techs can't figure out the problem, he's always sure to find some one or some way to get the job done. All of the guys are professional and really nice. I've yet to encounter any one employee that is rude or unprofessional. We get countless calls to switch to other IT companies, but honestly we've been with Onsite for so long and feel so

Our computers’ wireless printer interface was suddenly and inexplicably severed, and we could not re-establish the wireless connection. Our business is highly dependent on internal printing capabilities and this posed an immediate problem. Onsite in 60 was immediately reachable to discuss the problem. Their technician came on schedule, assessed the problem and fixed it promptly. We will definitely continue to use Onsite in 60 in the future.
