Family Law: Since family law covers a large area of my practice, I have dedicated a separate page to its contents.

My goal is to make the difficult and painful process of separation and/or divorce as easy as possible. I am aware that the end of any relationship is complex mentally, emotionally & financially. I try to guide my clients through tough financial and personal decisions with the intent of laying the groundwork for a fresh start.
Take notes during the phone consultation, if any, to remember to bring documents the attorney has asked to see for the first meeting. Generally, your attorney will handle everything but there may be times where you can be of assistance to save on fees. Depending on the type of case and work involved, work is usually billed either at an hourly rate or flat rate in accordance with an attorney's experience or level of expertise.
TRUTH: The Pennsylvania Child Support Guidelines give a very good indication of what a person will have to pay for support, HOWEVER, the courts may deviate from the suggested guidelines for various reasons. All support orders are determined on a case by case basis. TRUTH: a voluntary reduction in income (quitting or deliberately getting fired) will not result in reduction or elimination of a child support order.

The first two guys from 2019 are not lying... I just used her and she is very immature... She is very judgmental... It's like she was taking the side of the other party...And as soon as I didn't agree with accepting every term of the deal she was trying to force me to take she had a fit and didn't even show up to the courtroom... She even tried to use threatening to quit on me if I didn't listen to everything she said... Including trying to tell me how I have to parent my son... So do not waste your money using her or an attorney named Pat Scanlon... They could care less about their clients...

The worst used her when she was a public defender, she told me she didn't believe what I had told her,and scared me into taking a 5 year probation plea when I was told it would be two years. One of the worst experiences of my life, this woman needs to learn how to talk to ppl and stop being so quick to judge, the last person i am gonna lie to is my defense attorney ,I should of reported her ,THE WORST ATTORNEY ANYWHERE!! Look elsewhere!!!
