We custom tailor an estate plan to meet your needs. Because we offer different levels of service you can select the level of service that meets your budget and objectives. Whether you want a will, revocable trust, power of attorney or more sophisticated estate planning tool we can help. You have worked hard for what you have, and we can help you protect your assets for yourself and your loved ones.
Estate Planning helps you manage and preserve your assets while you are alive, enables you to efficiently transfer assets to your intended beneficiaries at death (or before) and gives you the opportunity to protect your loved ones and their inheritances after you pass away. If you become incapacitated you will not be able to manage your own financial affairs.
In today's litigious world, you may be vulnerable to predators who will try to use the legal system to deprive you of your life's work. Over 15 million lawsuits are filed in the United States each year, many of which are frivolous or settled for sums greater than the potential liability.
