This was an absolute waist of money, I was charged for Gary answering the phone! This man charges you for the air he breaths and makes you do ALL the leg work. I paid him $2500.00 retainer, and he literally sent me one form for custody arrangement modification, I filled it out and sent it back, I was charged $1400.00 for this! This man literally charged me $150.00 to mail me my refund check! Absolute worst attorney I have ever worked with. DO NOT HIRE.

So so thankful for Gary. He helped me a ton and walked me through everything that was going to happen during my hearing. While professional, he still has a friendly demeanor, which made him easy to get along with and talk to.
Having no clue about anything when it comes to law, I'm glad that I chose to go to Mr. Stapp. He made everything easy and stress-free.

From our experience he charges a premium price and does absolutely nothing in the courtroom. we did a ton of legwork for him too and gave him a lot of things he could have presented to the court for our case.
We paid this guy a ton of money just to show up at court dates and SAY NOTHING, and he kept advising to go along with what the state was saying, umm no, that's why you hire a lawyer. Would have been better off with a court appointed, I cannot believe this guy gets any cliental.
Save your money and hire someone who actually tries for you, this guy ain't worth his salt.
