It has always been spotlessly clean. I trust the woman who takes care of my face for facials and I found a massage therapist on their staff that was a great match. The sales and medical staff have always given me realistic expectations, but I try to ask realistic questions also. I would have given them 6 Stars for the amazing front desk and billing staff they had, but the resent shortages - whatever the reason - have taken a toll.

I had two treatments of varicose veins injections . The results were absolute nothing. It looks the same or worse. After I started they told me that they were a very mild and non invasive treatment. That if I wanted the real thing, I would need to go to a specialist. I was misinformed when they sold me the treatment. I had it done years ago and the results were immediate. this was. A waste of time and money. I wouldn't never go back there

If you want Botox, don’t come here , I’ve had Botox before and I know you have to wait like 7 days to see results…. Here the results never happened. Waste of money, they must be using fake Botox . Plus they were super unprofessional compared to the other place I went where there was a real doctor administering the Botox

Place is now being run by the owners daughter who believes she is a great business person. They now rip you off. For Botox or Dysport they charge by area not iu's (units). So full face is 3 areas and the touch ups were free before like everywhere else but now with this new administration they have put a cap on the touch-ups to 5 iu's which is funny considering they charge by area not iu's (units) with the new administration they underdose so you will go over on the touch ups and they can charge you another $150, petty! I went there for a long time and once the mother left that place has gone to

The first appointment was okay. I got a 6 month prepaid membership to do facials. For what I pay I think the least they can do is call to confirm or cancel my appointment as any*** other spa does.
I recently had to change my phone and lost my booking information with my calendar. --They never confirmed my appointment but I got the quickest $20… fee for an appointment I NEVER confirmed. I called -- (they ALWAYS leave me on hold... one time I had to hand up and call AGAIN****) I asked for a courtesy refund on the fee--- & they have to "check and see if this is possible" and as I cancelled

I have a membership here and I always enjoy my monthly Visits for Massages and Facials. The gentleman that does my massage is very nice, does a great job and is extremely professional. Lourdes is a doll and does a great job with Facials. I just discovered today she does eyebrows too and I was happy to know that she could because she’s very meticulous so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. The girl at the desk is very sweet and the place is clean and welcoming.

Hands down best local spa with the best prices massages and facials! everyone is so friendly i love coming here in my free time. I recently became a member with them. They have this phenomenal deal which starts with a dollar for your first month and you can schedule your next massage right away! after that every month is for $39.99 talk about worth it!!! they also accommodate me to my schedule which is what i love every time i do my check out Michelle always finds a spot for me. i usually always call her in regards to any questions concerns or even scheduling my appointment she is the best!!
