My fiancé works for Devine and has been trying since March to get a w2 they do it digitally and she been having issues asked for a print out multiple times here we are 3 days away from last day to file still no w2 have contacted the ira and my private attorney hopefully they can supply here with a w2 before it’s taken to court

I was with this company for 3 yrs and was supposed to have aid services every day during the week, which many times no one showed but but worse.. no one from office would call me to inform me that no one was coming as i waited for an aid. They also did NOT train their aids and they would often come in and not know what to do.. or they would sit on their phones.
When i questioned the business about a situation i was sent a letter without my name on it and not signed that i was being terminated as their client.
