I bought 4 tires 4 weeks ago from Williams in Ellijay. I did not purchase the road hazard plan (my bad). I picked up a nail in the sidewall which could not be repaired. I needed a new tire. Being that I just purchased these tires, I was hoping to receive some sort of discount (no matter how minor). This didn't happen. I probably won't return.

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES INSTALLED HERE! THEY BROKE A STUD OFF THE HUB OF MY BRAND NEW TRUCK today and will NOT agree to make it right. Not to mention all four of my new tires had different air pressure. Russel Williams stated they do NOT DO STUD REPAIRS but that they would repair and it would be about a $30-$40 job. And they would need to keep my truck for the entire day!!??? We are not able to go without the truck for am entire day. And why would I feel comfortable with you making a repair you do not offer nor are obviously experienced with because you do not offer that service. Now while my truck

Meant to do this review sooner but life gets in the way at times. A few weeks ago I realized our daughter was in great need of at least one tire. Of course this was right before Christmas and we honestly just don't have a lot of extra funds during this time. I called around and was not making much headway when I realized my brother in law worked for ETC. I gave him a call and sure enough he had a used tire reasonably priced. We were celebrating 35 years of marriage, and on our way to Savannah, with a 2night cabin stay in Ellijay. Our S2000 was having handling issues. The folks at Ellijay Tire Company went above and beyond in fixing the car! These people wouldn't give up, when we were ready to! The tech cared enough to call me, and ask if his alignment fixed the handling problem. When I said it did not, he asked me to bring the car back and he would recheck his work, NO CHARGE. I did. Things were in spec, so he drove it down the road, at my request. Then the owner of the shop did, and back on the rack it went!

I found Ellijay tire through Yelp when I came outside to find a stone from the gravel road of the cabin we were visiting punctured my tire. They were fast (in and out under an hour) and honest. They fixed the tire instead of trying to sell me a new one, all for $15. This is a business I can recommend and will visit again.

Pulled into Ace Hardware a few weekends back to get some propane. One of the employees there commented to me that my passenger tire looked low - and he was right, it was darned near flat. They recommended I head straight to Ellijay Tire. What a great experience - very nice folks, comfortable waiting area, they looked at my car and pulled a small sheet metal screw from the tread, patched it, tested it ... all for $15! Highly recommend this store.
