I sent my wife here to get our tire plugged and told the guy on the phone that I wasn't sure what tire had the screw in it and when she got there they took it down the hill supposedly plugged it when we got to Tennessee I noticed the screw was still in it and no plug to be seen and now I see why they didn't charge her we have 4 kids that rode from Georgia to Tennessee with what we thought was a fixed tire I am very unsatisfied with this, but what else can you expect this day in time I guess it's because of COVID!

How refreshing to do business with true hometown people who actually care about earning your business!! This is the second time I’ve come to them to plug a tire with a screw in it and they were as pleasant to me as they would be if I had purchased four new tires from them. They took my car pretty quickly and had it right back to me with a “thank you!” I will definitely buy my next new tires there. I MUCH prefer to do business with local companies who deserve the business versus big box, expect and don’t appreciate your business! Thank you Turner Tire.

Above and Beyond Service, and Great Prices too!
Earlier today I hit a large rock in the road and immediately got a flat. While waiting the interminable period promised by my Roadside Assistance, I happened to call Turner Tires, to see whether they could replace my tire that day. Not only were they willing to replace the tire, the wonderful individual I got on the phone was willing to jump in his truck and drive the three miles down the highway and change my tire so that I could get there so much more quickly (for no charge).
