Or don't know the correct colors or products to use? This service includes instructions on how to fill in your brows according to your facial features and addressing brow concerns. Step by step directions with a mirror in hand? Take home some neat tips and tricks. Unlike microblading, powder brows last longer and offer a more "filled in" look, such as having them filled in with cosmetic brow powder.
We recommend waxing every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your hair growth. This allows the hair to grow to a recommended length and takes into account that each hair follicle is on its own growth cycle. Waxing more frequently may not give all of your hair sufficient time to grow out-perpetuating the cycle to wax more frequently.
Waxing should NEVER be performed on a client that is using Retin-A, Accutane, Renova, Differin or any other acne medications that thin the skin. Please read the label carefully and consult your dermatologist if you are taking any medication or using any topical cream that contains these medications.
We will be going over the full manual for the first hour and a half, a live model demonstration by instructor, followed by lunch. After lunch students will be paired up to work on receiving the henna service as well as applying the henna, this takes approx. 2 hours. Models arrive for everyone to work on.

I will say I take pride in my brows. I am very picky. I have pretty full brows, it's taken me a while to get them where I want them to be. I visited a other brow place and was left with crooked arches and uneven brows. I was devastated- I know. A bit dramatic but i can't help that. Enter Jackie at Glam Powder Room- it was as if the heavens opened from above and placed this person that knew exactly what I needed and how to fix them and make them perfect. To top it off she's the sweetest funniest person. Schedule the appointment. Trust me you won't regret it.

Latinx-family owned small business and I love it. Jackie the owner is a sweetheart and every time I've been in here I leave with something. It's definitely one of those places you have to support not only because you'll get home and regret not picking up a one-of-a-kind product, but I like the wide range of products they carry (plus there's no pushy sales people ... you feel like it's a friend's shop). Looking forward to when they reopen i need to take advantage of a good treatment .... need it so bad. Can I get on a waiting list?

I always get welcomed as soon as a walk in the door and get seen exactly when my appointment is. Because I work full time and can get stuck in traffic randomly, Jackie always finds a way to see me as long as I reach out. If it's not that day it's another day she's willing to stay late. This place is a hidden gem. Ladies- I promise your search for perfect brows stops here. Jackie is hands down the most talented in the trade. I go to her and won't go anywhere else now that I have realized how important it is to go to the right person to map for your face for your brows. I went in for my appointment a few days ago and the Owner Jackie's power had just gone out due to the rain. I had a photo shoot with my daughter that day and Jackie was gracious enough to push through and do my makeup with cellphone lighting and the final product was stunning!! Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the vegan sculpting.. Jackie was really good I loved my eyebrows! I am very fair skinned so the pigmentation was a bit on the "bolder" side but the shape was perfect! Now that I'm one week in the ink has faded and it looks much better for my skin! Would totally recommend!

Jackie is the best for eyebrow shaping or any of your needs! My eyebrows were destroyed by another person (not at this business) and she gave them shape & has been shaping my brows since, fixing them and over time they've gotten fuller and fuller with a nice shape. I love her customer service as well, as she does my eyebrows she shows me how to fill them in, since I have trouble doing that I highly recommend her.

I was excited to try this place out for my beauty needs seeing how it's in the heart of my hometown, beautiful ambiance and a small business, and I'm all about supporting small business'. What I don't appreciate is not being respected as a client. When you book to work with someone in particular you expect to work with that person you booked. In this case I booked with a specific brow artist, and the owner made someone else do my wax. 1. I was not happy AT ALL with my wax. Paid $50 to go home and have to remove the hair myself. Finally after years of threading my eyebrows, I was tiered of having people at the threading places ruin my eyebrows. I am so glad I found the glam Powder Room!!! I've been coming to the glam powder room for about 5 months now and every single employee deserves 5 stars. The customer service is awesome they always greet you, the environment is clean and safe and there actual work is amazing. Recently this week I had an eyebrow appointment with Jackie and I called in to see if there was any open spaces for her to take in my step mom unfortunately there wasn't but Jackie was generous enough to take my step mom after hours with no extra charge!!! we were both very thankful that Jackie did this what more can you ask for. Today was my second visit to Glam powder room. Its a cute makeup store. There is a parking lot right behind the store to park in. And there is street parking in front of the store. My first trip to the store I came in on July 4th because they were having a 20/30% off sale on some makeup that I wanted. I wanted to get my brows done that day and figured because I was there maybe someone could squeeze me in but I was told because of the sale that they could not do them. What a cute makeup store! Super modern with grey flooring, white furniture, and dazzling glam lights! This place is tucked away and may be hard to miss but i'm glad I saw a sign on the street indicated there was a makeup store nearby!
