KC Party Rentals is a goal realized by me and my family. We have always wanted to do work that we enjoyed and serve the kids of our local communities. Along with this is the spirit of entreprenuership. I have always said I was an entreprenuer at heart. Combo Bouncer rentals are the best way to get the biggest bang for your buck. These exciting bounce & slide inflatables are a combination of the popular bounce house and additional features like climb & slides, basket ball hoops and much more. Many of our combos can be used wet or dry as well which is great when weather can change in an instant.
An obstacle course is a great addition or center piece to any party. Our Nuclear obstacle courses are small enough to fit in a typical backyard but big enough to handle hundreds of kids for larger parties like church or school events. There are many different combinations between the 4 nuclear pieces to make the obstacle course perfect for your event.
Packages allow you to get all the items you need for your party and save a little money at the same time. Don't see a package you want? Want to mix and match? This party package is perfect for every little girl's birthday. It comes with the pink and purple bouncer, the sno cone machine with enough supplies for 25 people (You provide the ice), 2 6' tables and 12 chairs. This package has something for everyone and is great for birthday parties, preschool graduations, or any other reason to get the kids together.

The Mickey Bouncy house was perfect for our two year old’s birthday party. The setup, tear down and pick up of the house was a super quick and easy process. Sean and his delivery crew were amazing! They were sure to keep us in the loop regarding any changes to the drop off and pick up times and were great at explaining how to inflate and deflate the house. The bouncy house itself was a hit not only for the kiddos but also the adults!! We definitely will be using KC Rentals again!

KC Party Rentals was awesome to work with. Easy online reservation system, week-of communication with the option to cancel due to weather, early drop off (which was great for my kiddos), and nice personnel who dropped off and picked up the bounce house. It was an awesome HUGE bounce house (ferris wheel) which was a big hit at our twins birthday party. Will use again for our bounce house needs!!!

To start, they were able to assist me in renting a mechanical bull just three days before an event- every other rental company in the KC area were already booked. They also provided several chairs and tables at no extra cost.

Rented a large inflatable obstacle course for my son's birthday party. This was a huge hit. They had a ton of fun with it. There were no hidden costs and it was priced very reasonably compared to renting out a party space. We were able to invite all of their friends instead of having to limit the number of kids that could participate.
The two individuals that arrived to setup in the morning were prompt, and set everything up quickly. My son harassed them through the entire setup process but they handled it professionally. The inflatable was clean and in great shape with no safety concerns. At

We have rented from KC Party Rentals two times, for two birthday parties at our home. As luck would have it, both times we had a rain storm the day of the party. Fortunately the following day each time, the weather was beautiful! KC Party Rentals was so helpful and understanding both times and was able to get us either the exact or very similar inflatable for the rescheduled parties. They saved the day and they are amazing! They make it so easy by delivering and picking up the inflatable. I highly recommend them!

Responsive, friendly, pricing as promised with easy delivery and pick up. We had about 30 kiddos over for the party and the inflatable was big enough to accommodate all the kids!! The delivery team set anchors all around the unit so we felt safe (a past experience with a different company-cut corners and the unit blew over with kids inside!) We highly recommend KC Party Rentals!! We even had to move our party date and this company worked with us all the way!!

I called these people to rent a tent in an emergency situation when my niece's outdoor wedding was at risk of getting rained out. I'll give them kudo's for responding immediately and being extremely helpful and friendly during my initial call. I made arrangements to rent a large tent, was quoted the cost and received a confirmation email. Fast forward to the following day when my sister, Mother of the Bride, called to confirm set up date and time. She was told the "tent" had no sides and if she wanted sides, there would be an additional hefty charge. (Ok, I rented a TENT

If so could give 0 stars I would!!! This would be a great company to rent tents!! If you're looking for a tent or anything that has to be set up outside in anything but beautiful weather DO NOT call them because they'll call you back trying to talk you out of their items. And the kicker, if you pay a deposit and they cancel set up when THEY are supposed to and cannot be available when they agreed to, they will NOT refund your money. CROOKS!!!!!! Beware do not even bother!!

Needed a bounce house on short notice for my 5 year old's birthday party. (Because you know how reasonable a 5 year old can be.) Anyway, Sean the owner was very friendly and understanding. He moved some things around to accommodate us, made me look like a hero and totally made my kid's day. Highly recommend!
