Baker Party Rentals is a family-owned, family-operated business serving Orange County, California. We have worked hard to gain our reputation for excellent customer service and ever-expanding product selection. Since 1982, we have grown substantially. Within the last decade, we have more than doubled the size of our showroom and tripled the square footage of our warehouses.
We currently operate out of three warehouses, and our fleet of delivery trucks service all areas of Orange County, as well as some areas of the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Located in Costa Mesa, our 3,200 square foot showroom is a playground for planning your event. Set up with seasonal tablescapes, it is full of ideas for weddings, dinner parties, baby showers, and other events.

Building an online quote is as easy as one-two-three! Then, hit the 'Add to Quote' button and the item will be added to your cart. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, you will be prompted to answer a few basic questions about your event, such as the date, time, and if you prefer will call or delivery.

Super easy ordering online and via phone, very friendly staff, quick pickup at the location with people that will load into your car.
Return process was just as easy, I was a little late after closing time and they stayed a bit late to prevent me from getting a late charge. Highly recommended and would certainly use them again.

Nancy was just amazing! Nothing was too much trouble! She helped me with all the rentals I needed for my beautiful garden wedding. Can't recommend Bakers enough! The quality of rentals available is great. The linens were so pretty and looked so classy, the glasses particularly the water goblets and champagne coups were stunning! The arbour and chairs were perfect and again great quality wood!

We loved working with Baker! We rented the chairs, wine glasses, plates and chandeliers for our wedding from Baker. They were within budget and easy to work with. Everything turned our absolutely beautiful and Baker made the process as easy as possible. They have an awesome team and helped make my dream wedding come to life!!
