I had a "battery issue". Called and spoke to Nicole... perfect, excellent customer service. She connected me to Roadside Assistance right away. I was stranded in 98 degree South Carolina heat (in October ?!?!) so I was glad to have someone speak to me instead of a recorded voice instructing me. Fantastic local State Farm office
