I have been a State Farm client for just over 40 years. I've moved around a bit, and each time my agent has referred me to another agent in my new city. Referrals are the best way to find what you want! Earlier this year, my wife and I moved back home to care for my dad and once again needed a good agent. Kyle Emsick is that guy! His downtown location is easy to find, and his staff are personable and attentive. Most importantly, to me at least, is the level of service. When I call, I can talk to the same person every time!

My mom Beverly was a long time State Farm customer Kyle cancelled her after she filed a claim, she took her entire insurance elsewhere, Kyle was unresponsive and unhelpful during the claims process and when also when she tried to get a better rate with State Farm, zero contact except when she cancelled ever since then we get spam mail from him and his office asking us to come back to State Farm. He and his office are incredibly unprofessional and only interested in collecting their premium, not helping you when you actually need help or if it might cost them money. God forbid you ever a claim with

I do not recommend Kyle. We got an auto policy for my lady. The guy is very hard to work with, the rates were really high. And finally, when we wanted to switch to a different agent, because I am a loyal State Farm guy, it was not easy either.
