They came out the same day, on a Saturday, diagnosed my well pump that wasn't working and replaced it with a new one. They were friendly and courteous and their pricing was reasonable. I was so happy to get water back before it was even noon!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We’ve called Neese multiple times over the last few weeks to have them come out to check our water softener. Each time they’ll say some one will be over by end of week but no one ever comes. They don’t even call to reschedule or inform us they’re not coming.
