We have many years of experience and education credits in the water well and water purification system industry. We will determine why your system is not working properly. The costs for our services are reasonable. We have many repeat customers that are very satisfied with our work, as well as the price we charge.
We construct water wells anywhere in the Central Florida area. Our extensive experience in our long existing business is why we are successful in getting the best potable water available. We strive to avoid water bearing cavities that contain sulfur or iron. Private water wells done years ago are still in service.
A. These are wells that are usually constructed by pumping water down the well casing, until water is reached. For most of Central Florida, shallow water can still be found by an experienced well driller. A. For Central Florida, this type of well is usually called a shell well. This shell is actually sea shells as we see in the ocean.

Bill Pentz was wicked fast and responsive! They sent out Phil who was incredibly helpful and thorough. He explained everything every step of the way and seemed really happy to answer our questions. They also gave us a fantastic referral to an electrician they work with when we discovered an issue with the power relays in our home that lead to our pump. I really appreciated that they didn't want to upsell us on a new pump if they could get our old one working. Edited this to add that the prices were extremely reasonable. They have my trust and I will certainly be calling them the next time we need

Well, I have to give a major shout out to this company. My dad’s pump stopped working and of course the water stopped working; it happened on a Saturday and I was stuck in a standstill. I had no other alternative but to turn to Google. After several attempts of calling pump repair companies, I called Bill Pentz Well Drilling. Right away, Phil answered the phone. Phil did not turn me away due to being out of the area, but stated he will travel the distance to come help my dad out. After speaking with Phil on the phone for several minutes, he actually helped me out to solve the issue with the well

Researched well water companies and contacted a few, with no responses. Most of the Well water companies seem to not answer their phones, most have voice mail set up. Finally, I came across Bill Pentz, and what a breath of fresh air. Phil (not bill) was professional, informative, and genuine about the potential issues I could be facing with my water well. If you own a water well, you can probably appreciate my fear, most importantly because of cost. The original company that installed my jet pump, water softener, and sulphur remover recommended a different company but I did not feel comfortable

I had a pinhole leak in my tank and needed to get a new one. The Bill Pentz company was very responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. Someone named Phil did most of the work and it looked solid to me. After the initial fix my older pipes sprung a leak in a completely different place and Phil came back out to fix it for free, and he arranged the piping more efficiently than before.
My reason for giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because their arrival on the job wasn't always consistently on time for when they said they would be out. Otherwise I was very pleased.

I cannot recommend this business enough. They truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their service and kindness! I had phoned them because there was no running water in the house and they offered to trouble shoot the issue over the phone and because of their kindness and honesty they were able to resolve the problem within minutes and save me hundreds of dollars! Honest service seems like a rarity these days and I am so grateful there are companies still out there like this! You can't go wrong with Bill Pentz Well Drilling and Pump Service!

My Aunt and Uncle and my quadriplegic cousin were without water in their home.
They called a well company! (Company X)
They installed a new pump but it was determined that the well casing was split and needed to be replaced.
This company never came back! Leaving the well and new pump unusable! After 6 months of many unanswered calls and text messages, I stepped in and hired Bill Pentz Well Drilling!
Dallas and Chris came out on the scheduled day. Late! But they called to tell me they were running just a little late and would be there in ten minutes. They arrived in eight!
